As to be expected, holidays are our busiest time of the year. Due to the large volume of orders we receive and to help assure your order can be included in our delivery routes, we prefer that you place your orders at least 24 hours in advance .

We are closed on the following holidays, but will gladly arrange to have your order delivered the day prior to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day and Labor Day.

Our shop provides delivery service to the Port Angeles, Sequim and Joyce areas. We travel as far west as Lake Crescent and the Sol Duc Hot Springs, located in the beautiful Olympic National Park and as far east as the Diamond Point area past the town of Sequim. Rural delivery charges apply.

Our delivery vehicle(s) leave our location (excluding holidays) by 1:30 pm. This allows same day delivery if the order is received before 1:00 pm. Deliveries operate twice a day, morning and late afternoon! Special time deliveries always welcome! just call the shop.

We gladly consider after hours, specific timed deliveries or special requests on a case by case basis. These are subject to an additional service fee.

Local delivery fee of $6.00 added to each order in Port Angeles between Deer Park and Dry Creek rd. Additional fees may apply outside those area. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.).

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We deliver twice a day! once in the late morning and once in the late afternoon with special times.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
